AuAg core-shell, BiVO<sub>4<\/sub>,(Bi<sub>0.5<\/sub>Na<sub>0.5<\/sub>)TiO<sub>3\u00a0<\/sub>and steel nanoparticles composed of Fe, Cr, Ni, and Mo were utilized for this purpose. The authors describe detection limits, accuracy and precision of size and concentration determination of every instrument and conclude that quantitative composition analysis of multi-element single particles is possible only with TOFMS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"capsule__title fixpadv--m\">The authors conclude spICP-TOFMS instruments, such as the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tofwerk.com\/ko\/products\/icptof\/\"> icpTOF<\/a>, show true &#8220;multiple-element capacity\u201d and emphasize the importance of further development of standardized methods for multi-element single nanoparticle ICP-MS of real world samples.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Multi-Element Analysis of Single Nanoparticles by ICP-MS using Quadrupole and Time-of Flight Technologies Naasz Steffi, et al.
