Starting TeamViewer for Remote TOFWERK Support 

These instructions are intended for customers who have already scheduled an online support session with TOFWERK staff.

  • Communicate the values for “Your ID” and “Password” to your contact at TOFWERK (e.g. using email or Skype)


  • The QuickSupport program does not require installation.
  • Uninstall the program by simply deleting the file
  • Running the QuickSupport does not require a license on the customer side
