Starting TeamViewer for Remote TOFWERK Support
These instructions are intended for customers who have already scheduled an online support session with TOFWERK staff.
- Download TeamViewer QuickSupport from the TeamViewer home page: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
- Start the downloaded TeamViewerQS.exe file by double-clicking on it and accepting any warnings from Windows
- Communicate the values for “Your ID” and “Password” to your contact at TOFWERK (e.g. using email or Skype)
Notes
- The QuickSupport program does not require installation.
- Uninstall the program by simply deleting the file
- Running the QuickSupport does not require a license on the customer side
